Service Description

In this one hour consultation you will go through a nutrition assessment. Your health goals and needs will be discussed and together we will plan nutrition strategies that suit your lifestyle and preferences and which will bring results. You will receive a written summary of your strategies going forward. Medicare rebate will apply if you have been referred to us by your GP on a valid Chronic Disease Management Plan (used to be called EPC) / Team Care Arrangements. Private health insurance rebates may apply - please check with your insurer.
